6.3 Supplier Performance: ComFood Market is not responsible for supplier performance, including failure to deliver, partial shipments, or non-compliance with agreed terms. 7.1 Direct Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a supplier and buyer, the parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation and good-faith discussion.
